I ordered the personalized bar sign as a Christmas present for my dad back in October. I went to wrap it right before Christmas and noticed a tube was broken and it wasnt lighting up. I began to panic and let ManCrates know and sent in a picture. Within an hour I had someone working with me to get a new one even though the product was sold out! They told me it might take awhile since they did not have the product in stock and apologized for the inconveniance....but within 48 hours I received an email that the new one was on its way AND it somehow made it here in time for Christmas! Will 100% order from them again! Such a personalized and high quality product for such a good price.
